Call for Applications: Project Fellow Assistant
Dr. Bansi Dhar Institute for Industrial Research, Gurugram, invites applications from highly
motivated and dynamic candidates for the position of Project Fellow Assistant under a
research project funded by the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB),
Government of India. The project focuses on “Upgradation in MVP ‘Smart Portable
Universal Defluoridation Nano Rod Equipped with Nanosensor’ with Improved
Adsorption, Regeneration, and Fluoride Sensing Capacities.”
Position Details:
- Position Title: Project Fellow Assistant
- Number of Positions: One
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Nanoscience
- Essential: M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology/Nanoscience with relevant research experience.
- Desirable: Prior research experience in Biotechnology, Nanoscience, or Material Chemistry.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 32 years as of December 20, 2023 (relaxation as per Government of India norms).
- Salary: ₹25,000/- per month + 10% HRA
- Project Duration: Initially for one year (extendable based on performance).
General Terms and Conditions:
- The position is temporary and on a contractual basis, renewable annually based on satisfactory performance, for a maximum period of 36 months. The position is co-terminus with the project.
- Candidates selected for this position will also be eligible to apply for the regular Ph.D. program.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview. Only casual leave is permissible.
- Candidates must present original documents of age proof, educational certificates, degrees/mark sheets, and other testimonials during the interview. Self-attested photocopies of these documents must accompany the application.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be notified to appear for the interview. No other communication in this regard will be entertained.
